What it is

A space for honest, authentic, and supportive connections with other teachers.

For talking about the hard stuff in a way that's actually constructive, not just venting into the void.

For realizing you're not the only one who had a moment this week where you questioned every life decision that led you to this point.

For hearing how other teachers are making sense of this moment. For some laughs, some solidarity, and maybe a shift in perspective.

What it's NOT

  • Venting in the teachers lounge (no offense to the teachers lounge, but you know how that goes)

  • A workshop where someone tells you what you should be doing differently

  • Toxic positivity or forced gratitude exercises

  • A place where you have to monitor your teacher voice and posture
