It's not clear enough whether you should "stay or go," and you need more information so you can make a confident choice.

Your quiz results indicate that you’re not sure whether teaching is a good fit for who you are, what you have to offer, and what you want for the next phase of your life.

This result might be frustrating. After all, you took this quiz to finally get a clear answer. You’re tired of wavering back and forth between stay and go.

Here's the thing: only you can decide whether you want to leave teaching.

And yet, the thoughts you've been spinning around so far aren't getting you anywhere.

Your Next Steps

You’d like to be able to confidently say “I’m staying” or “I’m leaving." This IS possible!

But you need new information so you can get a fresh perspective.

In order to get the clarity you need to commit to staying or leaving, you need to dive deep into some self-reflection and get serious about exploring alternative career possibilities.

1. Reflect on who you are, what's important to you, and what you have to offer.

When's the last time you took stock of your strengths, skills, values, personality, and what brings you joy? Take this opportunity to discover who you are at this point in time!

Your heightened self-awareness will clarify whether teaching aligns with who you are and what you want.

2. Explore career possibilities beyond the classroom.

One of the main obstacles to deciding to "stay or go" is that you don't know what other jobs are possible for you.

You can't imagine doing anything else and/or assume you're not qualified to do anything else.

Yet, there are so many options for what else you could do for work.

Discover what’s out there, and learn more about the alternatives to staying in the classroom.

To Sum It Up...

Expanding your self-awareness and exploring new career possibilities more actively will help you answer the "stay or go" question.

I'd love to support you as you seek more clarity!
